Dalhousie

Dalhousie is a beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh. Established in 1854 by the British Empire in India as a summer retreat for its troops and bureaucrats, the town was named after Lord Dalhousie who was the British Viceroy in India at that time. Dalhousie is built on and around five hills. Located on the western edge of the Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalayas, it is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of snow-capped peaks. Dalhousie is situated at 6000-9000 feet above sea level.

Shimla

Nestled on the foothills of the Himalayas, Shimla is one of the most prominent hill stations in India. It is a 18 sq km mountainous region lying at an altitude of 2,213 meters. Shimla, was the Summer capital of India under British rule and British coined the term "Queen of the hills" for Shimla. Presently, it is the state capital of Himachal Pradesh.

The place is famous for its natural beauty, architectural buildings, wooden crafts and apples. It has got a scenic location, it is surrounded by green hills with snow capped peaks.

Manali

Manali, at the northern end of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050 m (6398 ft) in the Himalayas. Situated on the Beas river, it is a popular tourist spot for Indians in summer and a magical, snow-covered place in winter. A staging point for a number of treks (Beas Kund, Chandrakhani Pass) and sports such as white-water rafting, Manali is also on the road to Ladakh via the valley of Lahaul and Spiti.

Dharamsala

Dharamsala lies sleepily high on the snowy slopes of the Himalayas in Himachal Pradesh. Travel to Dharamsala to treat your eyes with the spectacular beauty of the snow-laden Himalayas in the Dhauladhar range. The lofty peaks appear white under the ice-cover round the year. Arki is a small town in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh located at about 52 km from famous hill station Shimla. It was the capital, of the former BAGHAL State, which later formed part of Himachal. Arki is an excellent tourism destination and it is dearly known for its pleasurable weather condition. People visiting to Arki can spend a good time at Arki under pleasant atmospheric condition. Summer here will be really good to enjoy, and winter will be extremely chill due to its existence at a higher altitude.
